Join us in prayer, as we labor together to bring the Gospel to the world!

over three years prior to his appointment as General Manager.
Kim gave her life to Christ when she was five years old. However, God used many circumstances to make her completely dependent on Him. Through various missions trips, memorizing portions of the Bible and serving in the church, she grew to understand God’s love more and more. While away at school in Virginia she continued to serve in a church there, while juggling working, keeping up with the Honor’s Program, and staying involved in the social life of her dorm. In spite of her busy schedule, Kim finished in three and a half years. This along with her degree in Communications prepared her for where she is now at The Bridge, although God continues to teach her more every day.
Favorite Verse: I have two verses that I have come to depend on. In Jeremiah 29:11, God says, “I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you a hope and a future.” Also He says, “I will never leave you or forsake you,” in Heb. 13:5.
Hobbies: Basketball, swimming, surfing, going to the beach, and anything outside.
Valerie came to know the Lord as a young child. She always knew she wanted to serve the Lord in some way. She graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 2006 with a degree in Broadcasting. Shortly thereafter she began working for the Mars Hill Network, a Christian radio network based in Syracuse, NY.
Over the last several years, Val has worked in various capacities at MHN. She and her husband, Craig, along with their two young children, Gideon and Ruby, also serve actively in their local church.
On Air Personality from 6:00am to 10:00am weekdays, and Saturday mornings from 6:00am to noon.
I was born near St. Louis, Missouri, and spent most of my growing up years in a little town outside of Scranton, Pa. I welcomed Jesus’ offer of salvation when I was only 5 years old, but didn’t really bow the knee to Him as Lord of my life until adulthood. Now I find every day with Him to be a new adventure! I’ve been married since 1992 and have four sons who keep me humble. I am so grateful that God has blessed me with a fantastic wife, great kids and a job in radio that I love!
On Air Personality from 10:00am to 2:00pm weekdays, and on Sundays from noon to 6:00pm.
I’ve been in radio since 1978. I’m now an antique. My motto is, If you love what you do for a living, you’ll never work a day in your life. I love what I do and I’m just a small part of what God is doing to encourage folks as they live life.
In my down time, I enjoy acting, traveling, cooking and learning new skills. I attended The College of Staten Island to pursue Physical Therapy but God had something else in store. Through testing of my faith, by various trials, I now live by faith and not by sight (2 Cor 5:7) truly knowing that God’s plans are HIGHER and BETTER than we could have ever thought or imagined (Ephesians 3: 20). It is amazing to be apart of a ministry where lives are being changed and chains are set free every day 🙂
I grew up in a Christian home and came to know the Lord as a child. I attended college for Marketing and Communications, but never imagined that I would be serving in radio. After learning about The Bridge at a Christian music festival, I started serving at The Bridge in 2012 as an intern for Bridgefest. Since then, I have continued serving for Bridgefest and have become more involved in the church. In October 2014 I came on staff at the station and what a blessing it has been!
Two of my favorite Bible verses are Zephaniah 3:17, “The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness; He will quiet you by His love; He will exult over you with loud singing” and Ephesians 4:29, “Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.”
I graduated from Cairn University in 2013 with a B.S. in Business Administration. I grew up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and ended up moving to New Jersey in 2014. Growing up, I went to church every week, but I never truly had a relationship with Christ until I was a teenager. Since then, I have been continuously learning and growing in my faith.
Through college, I was able to expand my knowledge of the Bible and learn how to integrate God’s word into this world. When I was first starting my career in business, I had an experience that really strengthened my faith during my college internship. The internship was at a large church in Lancaster, PA with the Office Manager. While interning, I was able to gain a greater knowledge of a non-profit organization. This is where I grew to love the behind the scene work of a Christian organization. Since then, God has led me to The Bridge where I am blessed to work in a place that helps spread the gospel on a daily basis.
Wayne first caught the radio “bug” when he was 10…it bit during his many family visits to a local Pennsylvania radio station where he was able to watch his uncle record a weekly program designed for teenagers. During his own teenage years, Wayne realized his dream of being on the air by participating in a weekly live call-in program which later led to a part time position as a board operator and newscaster. Wayne continued to work on the air and in partner development with networks like Family Radio, Salem, Sound of Life, and Star 99.1, and these experiences prepared him for his current position as Director of Development and Underwriting with The Bridge Christian Radio. Wayne is looking forward to seeing God continue to work in his life and in the lives of the staff and listeners, as they partner together in anticipation of God’s blessing on the network.
