The Good Fight of Faith Conference with Fellowship Chapel

You’re invited to join Pastor Cliff Whitehead, a long-time student of the Civil War, as he personally guides you through each day of the monumental Battle of Gettysburg.  This battle was the largest battle ever fought in the western hemisphere and is considered one of the major turning points of the American Civil War.

We will visit many of the prominent sites and monuments on the Gettysburg Battlefield as part of the tour that will give you a good understanding of the events that took place there on July 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in 1863.  There will also be time for you to explore the historic and charming town of Gettysburg on your own.

The purpose of this retreat is to encourage and prepare each person to “fight the good fight of faith” in the spiritual battle we face every day as believers  {2 Timothy 2:3 -4; 1 Timothy 6:12; Ephesians 6:10-18}.   In the teaching sessions, we will focus on what the scripture teaches about spiritual warfare using the Gettysburg Battle and the battlefield as an object lesson.
