DESCRIPTION:We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment. \nOur positions are essential business in a non-retail and non-public environment. In addition\, the company provides PPE to all employees. \nSign on bonus  – $400 sign on bonus – $150 paid after 1 week of employment $250 paid after 90 days of employment \nCompetitive pay comprised of: \n\nHourly compensation\nWeekly performance-based bonus\nRegular opportunities for overtime\, paid at the corresponding overtime rate\nRegular pay raises based on performance and experience levels\nWeekly pay\, every Thursday\nHoliday Pay for company recognized holidays\n\nAbout this Position:  \nDeveloping teams and building careers are central to our success. As such\, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product\, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position\, with some benefits starting from day one. \nWe expect our team to execute a number of processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. In addition\, you can specialize in a specific area.
