DESCRIPTION:Good News Rockland Run: June 8\, 2019 \nWhat a great opportunity to combine fitness & family fun! \nJoin us at Rockland Lake State Park South Pool entrance\, Parking Lot #4 on Saturday\, June 8\, 2019. The fun will start at 8:00 AM as we stand together as ONE and offer thanksgiving the day’s activities. Shortly after we’ll hear a short welcome message and then the fun begins. \nFirst we’ll do some dynamic stretching. Then we’ll move to the beat of the music warming up with Zumba moves. Now we’re ready to watch our little ones as they complete their 1 miler. \nBy now you’re really motivated and ready to do your own 5K Walk\, Run or Stroller Walk. Some will even decide to do a 10K Run. \nHere comes the best part as you’re drawn toward the finish line with all your invited guests cheering you on as you receive your well-deserved finishers’ medal; and please do invite everyone. Now that you’re finished with all that exercise it’s time for some treats and fruit. \nFun for the entire family! Best of all we have FREEBIES!
