The Bridge Christian Radio invites you to participate as a vendor at Bridgefest 2019 on Saturday, June 22nd in Ocean Grove, NJ! If you would like to be a part of the event, the levels of sponsorship are listed below:

Platinum: $1,000 Sponsorship Includes:

  • Logo placed in 2 prominent locations
  • Organization mentioned from the stage at the concert
  • Air time on The Bridge with 20+ live reads in promotion for Bridgefest
  • 10×10 vendor space
  • Logo displayed on Staff T-shirts
  • Logo displayed in the slide show at the concert
  • Logo printed in Map/Schedule
  • 2 tickets to the concert

Gold: $600 Sponsorship Includes:

  • Logo placed in 1 prominent location
  • Organization mentioned from the stage at the concert
  • 10×10 vendor space
  • Logo displayed in the slide show at the concert
  • Air time on The Bridge with 15+ live reads in promotion for Bridgefest
  • 2 tickets to the concert

Silver: $300 Sponsorship Includes:

  • 10×10 vendor space
  • Logo placed on a shared sponsor banner
  • Air time on The Bridge with 10+ live reads in promotion of Bridgefest
  • 2 tickets to the concert

Ministry: $150 Sponsorship Includes:

  • 10×10 vendor space
  • Logo placed on a shared sponsor banner
  • 2 tickets to the concert

T-Shirt Sponsorship: $400

  • Your company logo placed on the t-shirts worn by the entire Staff durning the event

(This can be an add-on to Silver, Gold or Ministry Sponsorship levels for $200)

Map & Schedule Sponsorship: $400

  • Your company logo placed in the map & schedule which is distributed to all attendees

(This can be an add-on to Silver, Gold or Ministry Sponsorship levels for $200)

As a vendor at Bridgefest 2019, you agree to:

  • Pay the appropriate fees prior to the event
  • Bring your own table, tent and chairs
  • Have a representative from your business that is responsible for monitoring your table; The Bridge cannot be held liable
  • Set up and Break down at the appointed times
  • Arrive and be unloaded between 9:30am – 11am
  • Break down by 11:o0pm
  • Remove all of your trash
  • All distribution of literature or merchandise sales must be limited to your specified area and approved by The Bridge prior to the event.
  • Rain or shine, no refunds
  • Food Vendors Only: The Bridge needs a copy of your insurance, special event mercantile license and a list of food items for the health inspector by May 1st 2019

Please fill out this form to submit your application. Once your business or ministry is approved, you will be contacted for payment to reserve your space and we will follow up to arrange getting your logo or literature, as needed, based on your level. Payment to reserve a level of sponsorship is due in full by June 1, 2019.
